Level of play
Varsity and JV

Practices are held Monday - Friday from 5:15 - 7:15 and Saturdays 11-1.

Incoming Freshman Activities
Incoming freshmen will receive information regarding summer and pre-season activities for lacrosse players upon acceptance to St. Francis DeSales HS.

Traditionally, the incoming freshmen will have the opportunity to participate in an outdoor league and various camps during the summer. Student –athletes will also have the opportunity to play indoor lacrosse as well.

During the pre-season, athletes that are not involved in a fall or winter sport will have the opportunity to participate in a preseason weight training and conditioning program. The program is designed specifically for lacrosse players to encourage injury prevention while increasing strength, speed and flexibility. Pre-season conditioning starts in January and leads up to the season starting at the end of February. The lacrosse season typically will run until late May and possibly June depending on playoffs.
