2015 SEASON QUICK FACTS

• The Stallions captured the program's sixth state championship, which ranked them second all-time in ohsaa history for most titles

• desales made its 15th state tournament appearance, which tied them for the most in ohsaa history

• the Stallions won their 14th regional title and 20th district championship

• desales won it's 14th state tournament game, which is the second-most all-time in ohsaa history (14-9 overall record)

• The Stallions outscored their opponents in the postseason tournament 28-2

• the 2015 soccer team became the sixth team to successfully repeat as a state champion (1991 Gymnastics, 1992 Gymnastics, 1993 Gymnastics, 1998 Boys Soccer, 1998 Football, 2012 Baseball)

• senior midfielder antonio romanelli led the team with 21 goals

• Freshman Michael Cockerell and his father Michael (1986 soccer) became the first father-son duo to each win state championships for DeSales

• The Stallions returned 6 starters off of the 2014 State championship team
